1. About Flourish by Faith
Flourish by Faith is owned and operated by Nicole Gibson, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). Our Services include the Flourish by Faith app (hosted on Base44), our online community hosted through GoHighLevel (including The Circle and The Inner Circle), digital downloads, and all related content and communications.
By using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using Flourish by Faith, you represent that you meet this requirement. Our content is designed for adult women, and we encourage parental guidance for younger users.
3. The Free App & Community (The Circle)
The Flourish by Faith app and The Circle community membership are offered free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue free features at any time with reasonable notice. Access to free features does not create a contractual obligation on our part to continue providing them indefinitely.
4. Paid Membership — The Inner Circle
The Inner Circle is our paid membership tier, currently offered at $17.00 per month or $170.00 per year.
- Billing: Payments are processed through GoHighLevel. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or years.
- Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active members.
5. Digital Downloads
Digital products (journals, planners, and other downloadable resources) are delivered electronically. All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. You may use downloaded materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Flourish by Faith — including The Flourish Method framework, teaching content, digital downloads, graphics, copy, and the overall brand — is the intellectual property of Nicole Gibson, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Personal use for your own Bible study practice is always welcome and encouraged.
7. Community Standards
Flourish by Faith is a faith-based community built on kindness, respect, and encouragement. By participating in any Flourish by Faith community space, you agree to:
- Treat all members with dignity and grace
- Refrain from spam, solicitation, or self-promotion without permission
- Avoid content that is offensive, divisive, or harmful
- Respect the privacy of fellow community members
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.
8. Disclaimer — Not Biblical Scholarship or Counseling
Nicole Gibson is an educator, not a licensed biblical scholar, theologian, or counselor. The content provided through Flourish by Faith — including The Flourish Method — is intended for educational and personal enrichment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, theological training, or licensed pastoral care.
Scripture references and interpretations are offered in good faith to support personal Bible study. We encourage you to seek guidance from your own pastor or faith community on doctrinal matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicole Gibson, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes via email or in-community notice. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
